To Whom It May Concern:

I have known the Razbar Ensemble since 1998, and have always been quite impressed by the level of dedication and professionalism they exude. Thus, it is no surprise that the Cultural Center of the City of Saint Augustin has readily made available a weekly practice hall to the Ensemble. This spirit of collaboration stems from a mutual trust and deep appreciation for the artistic and cultural initiatives of the Ensemble.

Last year, I had the privilege of attending the celebration of the Persian New Year, where I witnessed firsthand the Razbar Ensemble’s outstanding efforts in seeking to preserve century-old traditions of the Ahl-e Haqq culture that have been passed on from one generation to the next through sacred music, spiritual dances, and mystical chants.

What struck me most during my encounter with the Ensemble was that the notion of aesthetics alone plays a much less important role than praising the beauty and majesty of the Divine. It would appear at this poignant time in our history that the Ensemble’s universal message of love and tolerance can bridge the world’s nations and ideologies as never before. I wish the Razbar Ensemble great success in their efforts to preserve and safeguard the customs and traditions of this ancient mystical culture.
